Set your printer so that form feeds will cause the first line of a page to be printed about an inch below the top of the page. Also, set the printer so the first line will begin about an inch below the top of the page (I have a Panasonic KX-P1092 and I get an inch margin on all printouts by moving the top of the paper even with the tear bar). Form feed characters appear every 54 lines in the file, so this step is very important. Set Preferences for a left margin of 10, right margin > 85 (I use 100), pitch to 10 cpi, 6 1pi.
